Cloud Information Security Policy


TREASURY, Inc. has established the following basic policy in order to maintain information security for Great Sign while delivering excellent service. (Revised)
We continually strive to improve our level of information security to contribute to our customers’ businesses. (Revised)
This policy falls under our Basic Policy for Information Security, which is defined separately.

Information Security requirements appropriate for the design and implementation of cloud services

We design and implement cloud services that take into consideration an established basic policy as well as information security requirements from customers.

Risks of cloud services

We will undertake management measures appropriate to the risks associated with cloud services based on our risk assessment.

Access and Protection of Customer Data

Based on our stipulated terms, there may be instances wherein we will access a customer’s account in order to resolve technical issues.
However, we will not monitor, modify nor disclose customer information without prior permission, except in cases provided for in the Terms of Use.

Notice to Customers Regarding Changes

Any information on changes related to our cloud services will be disseminated via our homepage.

Account Management

Based on our stipulated terms, it is the customer’s responsibility to create and manage their account appropriately.
